When will my item ship?

All orders will be processed & shipped with 2-3 business days from when the order was received. (Monday-Friday)

What if my item doesn't fit?

We will gladly exchange/return your unworn item within 30 days. To begin a return, please contact us via email to get the process started. Return shipping will be at your cost. We recommend USPS for the most cost effective shipping. Once we received your return/exchange, we will check to ensure that it is unworn and not damaged. Once verified, we will ship out your exchange item.

Where are your products made?

All of our apparel at G4 Collective Co. is printed in Idaho, USA. We do our very best to use manufacturers that are U.S.A. Strong. Some products are designed in the U.S.A., manufactured elsewhere and then printed in Idaho.

What if my product is damaged?

If you have a defective item, please contact us immediately. We stand behind our products, and if there is a manufacturing defect, we would be happy to assist you.
